Went to The Vig in downtown Phoenix to have lunch with a couple of old colleagues/girlfriends of mind and had a great time catching up. I had the Sesame Crusted Ahi Tuna Salad. It was delicious! There were mixed greens, carrots, onion, tomato, peanuts, fried rice noodles, spicy peanut butter vinaigrette and of course the seared ahi tuna.
My inner fatty child wanted a big burger or something loaded with carbs, but I was pretty satisfied with my salad and ate every last bite!
