Love It or Hate It, It’s Leg Day!

In between each set I did some some cardio, to keep the heart rate up. Was nice to finally feel better after a week of feeling like crap.

With leg day workouts, come the soreness and and handicap stalls! Tomorrow, is bi’s, tri’s and abs. So, till then.
