For anyone who is hitting the gym, playing sports, or doing any form of working out, protein is vital nutrient to incorporate into your diet.

Protein helps build and repair tissue

You need it to make enzymes and hormones

It’s a vital building block of bones, muscles, cartilage, skin, and blood

Protein is great at curbing hunger

Because your body doesn’t store protein, like it does with fat or carbohydrates, you will need to provide your body with a fresh supply of them every day
