Popcorn + Coconut Oil = Delish!

It’s nice to enjoy some popcorn and not have to wipe your hands from the butter/greasy feeling every few seconds.

Popcorn cooked in Coconut oil

1/2 c. unpopped popcorn
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
Kosher salt & pepper, to taste

  1. Pop the popcorn according to your preferred method. I just do it on the stove like my dad always used to do in the coconut oil.
  2. When the popping begins to slow, remove the pan from the heat and wait until you hear the last pop. Pour into a bowl and eat as is. Or, if you are feeling adventurous, add some seasonings!
