It’s nice to enjoy some popcorn and not have to wipe your hands from the butter/greasy feeling every few seconds.
1/2 c. unpopped popcorn
2 Tbsp. coconut oil
Kosher salt & pepper, to taste
- Pop the popcorn according to your preferred method. I just do it on the stove like my dad always used to do in the coconut oil.
- When the popping begins to slow, remove the pan from the heat and wait until you hear the last pop. Pour into a bowl and eat as is. Or, if you are feeling adventurous, add some seasonings!
