I think one of my biggest pet peeves are those who try and force feed there fitness and nutrition tips down my throat, who are not qualified to do so.
I have a rhyme and reason to my doing what I do, because 1) lots of trial and error 2) It’s working 3) I’ve been informed by someone who is qualified/certified in that field.
And you have your own regimen because it obviously works for you. Plain and simple.
There is no special fitness and nutrition blueprint that works for everyone. My body, metabolism, thyroid works quite different than anyone else and exactly why I can’t utilize a cookie cutter plan. Sorry but I had to vent.
