30 Day Challenge: Giving up Coffee


Coffee is probably my biggest addiction and quite frankly where I spend a lot of my money monthly, let alone weekly.

So I’m challenging myself to 30 days of no coffee. Now I don’t think coffee is bad for you at all, and I actually drink iced esperesso with little sweetener and maybe a splash of dairy, but with taking my pre-workout, thermogenic, and other supplements I wanted to experiment with cutting coffee out of my diet. I really hope I can stick to it… This morning my liquids of choice are: SmartWater, Unsweetened Passion Tea, and lactose free Muscle Milk for breakfast.
