I Seriously LOVE Salads

lunchThe possibilities are literally endless with it comes to creating a masterpiece salad. Today I went with a Chicken salad, with red bell pepper, green bell pepper  carrots, a little bit of cheese, and my boyfriend, Chris,  boiled me up some eggs last night to add to my salad to knock up my protein intake. Oh And I got some fat free roasted red bell pepper dressing (which is only 40 cals in the 2 oz I put in my salad). Fresh, Raw and locally grown – doesn’t get any better than that!

Oh almost forgot my fave drink Chia Kombucha by Synergy. Soo delicious. This flavor is black chia but all of them are amazing!
