Within the last year, I’m grateful that my taste buds have switched up on me and now I’m enjoying all types of food. Especially some of the very exotic and things I would have never guessed I’d touch, ever! So with that being said, I loved when I saw this image flying around Pinterest, “Eat the Rainbow”. It breaks down different fruits and vegetables into different color categories, while giving you the benefits of each. Yes there’s reasoning!

Green Vegetables and Fruit help :
