Day 8 | Starting Monday off Right

Day 8 of Paleo

Tonight I made a yummy dinner… my first ‘semi’ cheat… I’ve read some places Feta is ok, while others completely shun it well… I took a leap of faith and decided to cook a LARGE chicken breast for myself cooked in olive oil seasoned with basil and stuffed with a lil feta to counter act with the basil. Baked some shredded carrots for garnish.

Before dinner, I got in a solid hour work-out at the gym.

15 minutes on the elliptical

35 minutes on circuit weight training

10min on the tread

My after workout shower never felt soo good today, ha!
