Day 3 of Paleo | Encouragement Goes a Long Way

Getting in my car this afternoon and seeing this post it note of encouragement made me feel good- Thanks Johnny!

Food for the day |

Breakfast | Some Trader Joe’s Soyrizo/2 eggs w/ black iced coffee
Lunch | mixed green salad with lean steak strips and a couple of carrots w/ water
Dinner | 3 lean steak medallions w/ asparagus cooked in extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar and few slices of Organic Anjou Pear w/ black iced coffee           Dessert | 1 sm-medium sized Mango sliced up

Todays Workout | 2: 00 pm start time

Gym | 10 Min on elliptical at medium/high resistance
35 min on the circuit training
