Day 2 of Paleo

Food for the day |

Breakfast | medium banana and black iced coffee
Lunch | salad w/ mango salsa w/ tuna – water
Dinner |grilled chicken w/ steamed cauliflower carrots and broccoli w/ water

Snack at the theater today| Few pieces of unsulfured/unsweetened mango slices and sunflower seeds

Todays Workout | wasn’t able to get to the gym today was surprised with a movie w/ the man- Hunger Games!

  1. Yum, eats sound delish!! I love mango and tuna together 🙂 a banana is never enough for me as breakfast haha I usually have to slather it in sunflower seed butter to last until lunch

    1. I have yet to try sunflower seed butter… but going to look into that. Curious what your feedback is to fruit overall. I have a buddy who looked at what I was eating and insists that I don’t eat fruit with my dinner or after for a dessert – do you have a rule with fruit?

      1. It can be a little pricey, but I think it’s worth it! I generally try to limit fruit to one piece a day just because I’m looking to lose some fat. I’ll either have a piece with breakfast, or a piece after dinner for dessert. I’ve lost about 20 pounds in 40 days, most of them including at least one piece of fruit. Same with nuts & seeds, no more than one serving a day until I hit my goal weight 🙂
