Double Time!

So Friday (today) I was able to knock out two rounds, well kinda. Went and did a good hour workout early in the a.m. before work and at 430 rocked a nice Zumba class with Alicia and Brenda. I LOVE Zumba. I took a lil time off from it so I could get more into focused cardio and weights but think I’m gonna try and take 2-3 classes a week on top of the regular workouts. Think it will help pump up my stamina and metabolism
